For custom orders, please share your event date, type of event, number of servings, preferred products (cookies, cupcakes, pies, etc.), and any flavor ideas or themes. The more details you provide, the quicker we can confirm availability and pricing.
After you place an order, we’ll confirm a pickup date, time, and address via email or text. If you need a specific time window, please mention it when you order so we can do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Changes or cancellations may be possible if you contact us as soon as possible, especially for orders scheduled several days out. Once baking has begun or ingredients have been purchased, changes may be limited. Reach out via email or text to discuss your situation.
For larger events in southern Indiana, like weddings or big celebrations, we may be able to offer small paid tastings of select flavors. Use the contact page to tell us about your event, and we’ll let you know what tasting options we can provide.
We try to respond to messages and emails within 24–48 hours. During busy holiday seasons, it may take a bit longer, so please reach out early if you have a specific date or custom order in mind.
We do not have a traditional walk-in storefront. The Enchanted Whisk is a home-based cottage bakery, so all orders are placed in advance and fulfilled by local pickup at our southern Indiana location.
